AquaBrew also brews at 205 deg F – the top of the recommended brewing temperature range to ensure optimum flavor and the hot coffee you are yearning for. Another advance is the quick brewing time, only 5 minutes for a 12 cup pot – again a time recommended by the experts for water contact with coffee. Their patented technology ensures consistent brew volume and brew temperature with no recovery time between brews to keep up with the morning office rush or the evening dinner party. Plus, AquaBrew does it all without a holding tank of hot water. This is important because the best coffee is made with the freshest water. We are proud to offer Swiss Gold gold plated permanent filters to complement your machine. The difference is dramatic and we feel that the use of a quality metal filter is crucial to obtaining the performance these machines are capable of. The Swiss Gold commercial filters come with their own unique filter basket with a repositionable handle and differently dimensioned sides so that it will fit many brands of commercial machines. For optimal performance, AquaBrew machines are designed to be used with filtered or bottled water. Check out our filter accessories. Of course we must not forget the importance of the freshest roasted gourmet beans – ours are roasted to order and a perfect match for these machines. How to Purchase AquaBrew machines come in a variety of configurations, including pour-over, plumbed and even water bottle models. Plumbed models are available with a hot water spout. All AquaBrew machines include a filter basket for paper filters. Permanent metal filters from Swiss Gold are available (and highly recommended) as an option. Pour-over models include a convenient plastic filling pitcher. Thermal Servers (carafes) are not included and are sold separately so you can customize your machine. Popular servers include the Ultimate server with an innovative view glass in the handle so you know when it is time to make the next pot! This server has a 1.9 liter capacity. The professional server with a 2.0 liter capacity is also available (no site glass). For convenience, we have created starter packages including the brewer, one server carafe and a permanent gold plated filter. We highly recommend these starter kits to get going.
